Purchases (a wee note.....)
Due to high merchant fees required by e-commerce providers, we now take sales directly or you may make purchases through our Etsy site (etsy/shop/kiwiwoodkraft). With the exception of Etsy, we are cutting out the middle-man in order to reduce the costs of doing business - giving you more hancrafted value for your buck and less bang to your (and our) wallets. This keeps non-product fees at a minimum and if shipping, provides you an exact quote relevant to your specific recipient address instead of an estimated range. We accept checks, cash, and credit cards. Please call us directly or shoot us an email.
At Kiwi Woodkraft, we respect your privacy! Your transaction details will never be given out and will only be used for the purpose of purchases, shipping, claims, or for us to contact you regarding your order!
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org or 480-204-4290) before completing your order if you have any questions, concerns, or need clarification. We are here to help!
Our refund policy is All Sales Final. We maintain a very small inventory that is handcrafted, re-claimed, and re-sourced. We endeavor to make a very small eco-footprint. Additionally, many of our products are custom ordered; meaning we don't make it until you order it. If you have any questions, please email (email@example.com) or call (480-204-4290) BEFORE placing your order and we can make sure what you are ordering is exactly what you want.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If either occurred during shipping, we will need you to keep the packaging your item(s) arrived in so that we can have it picked up by the carrier for the claims process along with the product.

Most of our products are shipped within 1-14 days using the following carriers: USPS, UPS, Fedex, or Freight. Shipping to you includes insurance coverage. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us if applicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item back to us that is valued over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
